About Us
FIT Infrared (EU) ltd. are a UK based company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of gas catalytic space heating and curing systems, industrial spray-booths and VOC abatement plants.
We have been successfully trading for over 20 years with many successful installations throughout the world for many of the worlds largest industrial organisations such as Bosch, Cummins Engines, Jaguar cars, British Aerospace, CHEP Pallets, Corus Steel, and many more.
Our gas catalytic systems fall into three main categories: Curing of coatings, Space heating and VOC abatement systems.
Our purpose designed and Manufactured curing systems range from basic mobile units up to large industrial ovens for static and conveyorised processes. As part of our service, following a project methodology we will carry out an initial site survey and discussion to assess the targets, limitations and objectives, at the same time surveying your existing process in regard to energy usage, running costs, environmental aspect and production limitations. Following the initial site survey we will carry out an on site curing trial from which we will design a system based on your requirements. Our initial written report will contain details of the design proposal, running costs, energy savings, environmental aspects, project cost and project payback time.
FIT Infrared (EU) Ltd. adopt a Six Sigma approach to project methodology assessing project requirements and making improvements relating to cost savings, environmental, quality and production. Working closely with the customer to initially identify the objectives and to ensure projects are carried out through to completion with minimum effect upon production and to achieve complete satisfaction.
